Pat Tourret is a highly accomplished and experienced illustrator. This is a charming original colour illustration from the story 'Heidi' by Johanna Spyri. There is slight foxing to the outer edges of the board but it does not interfere with the image.

Pat Tourret trained at Harrow Art School and then became a freelance illustrator. She illustrated the 'Tiffany Jones' strip in the Daily Mail for 13 years as well as numerous teenage magazines. She has illustrated children's books and educational books for A & C Black, Ladybird Books, Hamlyn, Purnell, Heineman and Scripture Union.
